Teresa is recognized as the subject matter expert on the integration of Creative Problem Solving into project management. She is a previous Superintendent of Schools and is currently fulltime faculty in the Graduate School of Education at the University at Buffalo. Teresa helps individuals, teams and organizations innovate and implement solutions that build organizational capacity and ensure value realization.
